We ship all UK orders using MyHermes and all international order via Royal Mail.
We aim to process and ship all orders within 2 working days. Monogrammed orders can take up to 10 working days to be shipped.

Handling and custom fees may apply to packages sent outside the E.U. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.
If you're unhappy with your order for any reason and would like to return your order, we'd be happy to offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. If you'd like to make a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what the problem is with your item, along with your order number. Please also fill in the returns form on the back of your invoice (this must be returned to us along with your items). The customer is then responsible for the item/s up until it is safely returned to us at Mish London. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item/s and recommend using a tracking service for items over £50. We are unable to offer free returns at the moment.
Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in all the original packaging with the swing tags and all other labels attached. We will be unable to accept returns which are not returned in the correct way. We do not refund delivery costs.
We are unable to accept monogrammed orders for return.
If you need to exchange for a different size, or a product of the same value, send us an email at email@example.com. Please let us know which item/s you would like to exchange and why, along with your order number. If we do not have the correct size in stock, we will offer a credit note or full refund. Please also fill in the returns form on the back of your invoice (this must be returned to us along with your items). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, which are non-refundable. Your exchanged item will be sent back to you free of charge.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please contact us with any questions about the progress of your exchange.
